Chief Alfred Bolounduro Unuagbie Okhidievbie touched many lives with his warmth, wisdom, and commitment to community welfare.

The Lovely AB Foundation was established to preserve that example and translate it into practical support for families, caregivers, and communities.

It is a family-born mission with a wider public purpose: to use one man’s legacy to strengthen many lives.

Origin Story

From remembrance to responsibility.

At the beginning of 2024, Ambassador Dr. Roy Oamien Okhidievbie felt a deep conviction to properly honour the memory of his father. Guided by a desire to preserve his father's legacy, he brought together members of the Okhidievbie and Asekhame families.

He initiated the writing of a comprehensive biography titled “A Biography of Chief Alfred Bolounduro Unuagbie Okhidievbie — The Life and Times of a Legend” and partnered with his sister, Dr. Joy Osazuwa, to document their father’s life story.

Why We Exist

A personal experience became a public mission.

The inspiration behind the foundation is deeply personal. Chief Okhidievbie battled dementia during the later years of his life, and two of his grandchildren are living with sickle cell anaemia.

These experiences moved the family to create a platform that offers support, care, hope, and advocacy for families facing similar struggles.
